BIOGRAPHY :
Navin Nischol is a popular Indian actor. He made his debut with the Hindi film Sawan Bhadon in 1970. The film was a superhit and Nischol was constantly in demand for several years. He was also the first gold medalist from the Film and Television Institute of India to make it big. He starred in several superhits. Later on, Nischol switched over to character roles and carved out a successful career for himself in television. On April 24th 2006, his wife committed suicide by hanging at her residence.
